Bellevue The Glades is a boutique residential development of 58 premium apartments, uniquely positioned within the manicured surrounds of The Glades Golf Course in Robina — one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious addresses.

With just two to five residences per floor across the building, every apartment enjoys generous proportions and an abundance of natural light — a considered design philosophy that informed every interior decision from the outset.

Engaged by Rawcorp Developments, Nicky Uren delivered the complete exterior and interior design across the full development — overseeing spatial planning, finishes, fixtures, materials, and product specification for all 58 apartments, common areas, and shared spaces. Custom window treatment packages were designed and specified throughout the building, with each treatment carefully selected to complement the individual interiors and the development’s refined golf course setting.

In addition to the full development scope, Nicky was privately commissioned by numerous residents to source and procure complete furniture packages — creating beautifully finished, move-in ready homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle and taste.
