Rising nineteen levels above one of the Gold Coast’s most beloved beachside suburbs, Isla is a landmark multi-residential development by Rawcorp Developments that redefines coastal contemporary living in Kirra.

Engaged directly by the developer, Nicky Uren led the full exterior and interior design scope for the entire building — from the architectural expression of the façade through to every interior touchpoint across all residential levels.

The design brief called for a refined coastal contemporary aesthetic that honours Kirra’s relaxed beachside character while delivering the sophistication expected of a premium Gold Coast address. Nicky oversaw the complete interior design of all residences, the building’s common areas and shared spaces, and worked closely with the development team on the exterior design direction — ensuring a cohesive, considered result from the ground up.
